Read A Book. Give A Book.

Do you know about We Give Books? It's a creatively cool way to combine the joy of reading with the delight of giving. Every time you read a book online, you can donate one to the charity of your choice through this program. Check this out:

I just read Roly Poly Pangolin by Anna Dewdney, the clever little tale about this curled-up cutie who's pretty much too timid to try anything.

  3. betterworldbooks.com donates a book for every book purchased (kind of like We Give Books)...except you have to purchase them. Anyway, they are one of my favorite places to order from; shipping is always free no matter how many purchased, they often run "deals", and even though most of the books I get are used, they are hardback and usually come from a library discard, but are still in great shape for using in my counseling. Most of the books I buy are around $4.00 which is way cheaper than a brand-new-off-amazon book! I make my dollars stretch a lot further by using better world books. :)
