Giving Thanks To Our Troops

Today I'm excited because I've been on the Gratitude Challenge for a week now and I'm just feeling happier and more joyful than ever.

You simply must see some of the heartwarming letters that came from my firsties when we met for grade-level guidance yesterday.
One more BeAuTiFuL than the next.
It was a win-win because teachers enjoyed a thirty-minute break as a team while their students put their citizenship muscles into action to express gratitude to our servicemen and women on active duty.

We're putting 630 of these in boxes with batches of homemade goodness and love, cookies and cookie bars from Texas, to ship out just in time for a
Thanksgiving treat.

We adapted our template from the Teeny Tiny Teacher {here}.
Thank you, Kristin, for sharing this adorableness.

Turns out gratitude can fuel school transformation.
I'm a believer.
Just imagine if every day were Giving Thanks Day.

What will you do to strengthen your gratitude muscles today?
