It's almost December; ready or not, here come the holidays.
In an earlier season, every single day and night between now and Christmas would be filled with something festive and fun. But, as I age, balance has become more and more important, critical even. And while wellBEing knows no calendar, this year's suggestions are about scheduling me-time in, so that merry and bright doesn't become frantic and frightful.
As we dance through all of our end-of-the-year festivities, I pray for you, dear reader, a one-of-a-KIND cozy mountaintop experience,
socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Head.
Heart.
Hands.
Health.
Huge hugs and hygge.
