An April Fool's Day Treat

I do hope that you have escaped April Fool's Day without too much damage ... I can't wait to head to Sunny Days 
and see how Denise's kiddos did on their bird hunt!

Our front office got a treat (that I was told that would be low in calories and high in fiber) with a note about having a sweet day  and I was SO eager to see (and taste!) what was under the foil ...
